- Merchandise returns should first be authorized by Choo Choo Lures. Authorized returns must be shipped freight pre-paid and are subject to 15% repackaging and restocking fees.
Claim for any shipping discrepancies or damaged merchandise must be filed within 10 days of the receipt of the goods. Contact Choo Choo Lures to file your claim.
